More than 60 typical images and artifacts depicting the Feast and Commemoration Festival for Hoang Sa soldiers and the traditional boat racing festival are on display. The display also features the daily life, beliefs, culture, traditional festivals of Ly Son islanders, marine exploitation activities, and the fight to protect sea and island sovereignty as well as the development of Ly Son island.

Many images, maps, documents of Vietnam's Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes and historical and legal evidence help viewers understand more about Vietnam's history and determination to safeguard its sovereignty over the sea and islands.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan, a tourist from Long An province, said: "Our Long An delegation visited Ly Son island and the exhibition showcasing the Hoang Sa flotilla and the legacies of our ancestors. These are very meaningful artifacts for our children and grandchildren to learn more about this heritage."
