A mechanism should be created to share experience and build capacity to help countries maximize human potential, unlock growth drivers, and promote inclusive prosperity, Minister Son said. The OECD needs to push member countries to provide financial, technical, and technological support for non-OECD countries for strategic breakthroughs, especially in people, infrastructure, and institutions, he added. The same day, FM Son attended the 10th anniversary of the OECD Southeast Asia Regional Program.
