(VOVWORLD) - The Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 will open this Friday featuring 60 cultural activities and four architectural works and involving more than 200 event organizers.

Themed “Flow”, the event, which will run through November 26, will include seminars, exhibitions, and a series of creative spaces along a route connecting the Old Quarter, the pedestrian streets around Hoan Kiem Lake, Hang Dau water tower, Long Bien railway station, Long Bien bridge, Gia Lam railway station, and the Gia Lam train factory.

At a press conference in Hanoi on Monday, Do Dinh Hong, Director of the municipal Department of Culture and Sports, said: “With the main stream being the flow of heritages, we have a huge resource of cultural heritages. Hanoi has more than 5,900 relics, 1,793 intangible cultural heritages, 1,200 festivals, and 1,350 craft villages.”
This year’s Festival will focus on design, community, creativity, and connecting the historical, cultural, economic, and social values of Vietnam’s capital city.
